Pipevolve lets you create and manage software projects, including files, servers, and related tools we provide. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the code and files you upload. You give us permission to store and process that content only to operate the Service (including backups, deploy, and support).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, attack other systems, send spam, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Plans and features

Some features depend on the plan attached to a project. We may update plans; we will not silently remove access without notice when we can avoid it.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PIPEVOLVE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

We may update these Terms. The version in the product and the date above are the current Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
